Student Pick-up & Drop-off Instructions
Reporting an all-day absence or late arrival, or requesting early dismissal Option #1 – Please call the Attendance Line (248) 726-4510 to report an all-day absence, late arrival, or early dismissal. This is a 24-hour voicemail. Please report the following:
Student’s first and last name (including the spelling)
Parent or Guardian’s first and last name
Day and date of late arrival or early dismissal
Reason for late arrival or early dismissal
Early dismissals must be requested with as much advance notice as possible
Option #2 – Use ParentVUE to report an all-day absence. Pleasenote the reason for the absence in the COMMENT section
Each all-day absence requires a separate ParentVUE entry.
Late arrivals and early dismissalscannot be reported on ParentVUE. Please call the Attendance Line at 248-726-4510 to report a late arrival or request early dismissal, giving as much notice as possible.
Helping Harts Holiday Program
Dear Hart Families, This holiday season, through our "Helping Harts" holiday giving program, we would like to help Hart families who need assistance. Bagel Day
The Soaring Students will sell bagels before school next Tuesday in the hall outside the Cafeteria. Bagels cost $2 each, and cream cheese is $1. All proceeds support the Soaring Students Community Service projects. Canceled until next year. Thank you for your continued support!
Final Forms - Athlete Registration
Health Physicals for middle school athletes can now be uploaded online via Final Forms! Parents/guardians of Hart Middle School athletes will now be required to create a Final Forms account, where they can register for sports and upload Health Physicals. Reminder for all 6th grade orchestra students: Permission slips for the January 11th field trip and performance at Oakland University are due by November 30th!
Chamber Strings will rehearse after school on Monday, November 20th due to the upcoming Thanksgiving break. After Thanksgiving we will go back to rehearsing on Wednesday afternoons. Chamber Strings rehearsals go from 2:30 to 3:45 pm.
Our next Orchestra performance will be 7 pm on Thursday, December 14th at the Stoney Creek High School Auditorium.
