Theater Class Performance
Mrs. Daly’s 8th grade Theater class will be performing "Twice Upon a Time" on Friday, January 12th. "Twice Upon a Time" is a captivating story that reimagines classic fairy tales in a delightfully twisted way. The play is told from the perspective of a grandmother who is telling her granddaughter classic fairy tales from memory…or at least how SHE remembers them. Some well-known characters show up, such as Cindy-Relly, Little Red Riding Pants, Snow White & the 3 dwarves and Grumplegrapeskin. Parents, guardians and friends are invited to attend the evening performance at 7:00 pm. There is no charge. Come on out and support the arts here at Hart!
Attention Project Lit participants! Our next meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, Janaury 16th at 2:30pm-3:30pm in the Media Center, due to our half-day end-of-the-marking-period schedule. Our authors, Saadia Faruqi and Laura Shovan, will be Zooming with us to answer questions about their book A Place at the Table and their experiences as writers. We are excited to hear about their collaboration as authors and learn about their current writing projects. It is not too late to read the book and join us. Copies of the book are available in room A26A.
