If you need to speak to your counselor, send them an email and they will be in touch with you as soon as they can.
If you or your child have questions regarding any of their remote learning classes, contact your teacher via email. Your student’s teacher’s email is located in ParentVue and StudentVue. If you need additional guidance, feel free to reach out via email to your counselor, and/or your caseload teacher for special education. Lastly, if you still need assistance, email any of the administrators for help.
Please be patient when waiting for a response as our staff may be conducting class, preparing lessons, or answering other emails, but they will get back to you.
Special Note: If your child has reached out with a question for their teacher, and the teacher responds via phone, it is very possible the caller ID will read one of the following: Private, Anonymous, Restricted or some other indicator.
Our Rochester Community Schools webpage also offers a “TALK TO US” button. It is geared to tell us what’s on your mind. Ask a question, share a concern, make a comment or squelch a rumor.
Technical Support is available on our RCS Technology webpage in the SUPPORT area of the webpage.
